Privacy Notice

OmniGuard is a product of Axentra Solutions ("Axentra", "we"), the party responsible for the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations.

1. Data controller and contact

2. Data we collect on this site

We only collect the data you provide when requesting a pilot:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Work email
• Role
• Type of institution
• Program of interest and approximate number of people to protect
• Project stage
• Country and state

Our servers also log minimal technical data (such as IP address) for security and operation. To display the site, your browser downloads typefaces from Google Fonts; as with any web request, those providers receive your IP address. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes — necessary for the relationship you request:

• Responding to your pilot or information request about OmniGuard
• Following up on your interest and scheduling meetings
• Preparing proposals and quotes

Secondary purposes — sending you information about our products, news or events. You may opt out at any time by writing to privacidad@axentrasolutions.com; opting out will not affect how we handle your request.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us operate (web hosting, email and customer management), who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and with competent authorities when required by law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it and object to its processing (the "ARCO" rights under Mexican law), as well as to withdraw your consent and to limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise them, email privacidad@axentrasolutions.com with your full name, the right you wish to exercise and how you would like us to respond. We will reply within the timeframes set by law. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the competent data protection authority.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and we apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it, including encryption of data in transit.

7. Data processed with OmniGuard on behalf of our clients

The OmniGuard app is offered to citizens through government programs; each government is the controller of the data of the people enrolled. To work, the app may process location, phone sensor data and, if the person chooses to provide them, health details and emergency contacts — some of which are sensitive personal data, processed only with the express consent of the person concerned. Axentra acts as a data processor: it processes that data only to deliver the contracted service, following the government's instructions, the contract and applicable law. We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.
